Pole Dance

Nia Millán discovered pole in 2013 while studying abroad, and it quickly became the force that reshaped her life. What began as a casual curiosity evolved into a full-time career and a distinct artistic identity. Her movement is defined by control, fluid transitions, and a dreamlike quality that feels both effortless and precise.
Nia has earned multiple national and international titles and recognitions, and has performed widely across the U.S. and abroad. In 2018, she made history as the first artist to represent Costa Rica at the Pole World Championships in Fort Lauderdale, placing among the top eight finalists worldwide.
Beyond performance, she is also a creative force within the art form—developing numerous original moves, tricks, and transitions, including the Taurus Spin, Bolero Split, and Sunflower Hold, which have since become recognized and emulated by pole artists around the world.
Now based in Las Vegas, Nia continues to train, teach, and perform, known for her distinctive fluidity and ability to turn movement into visual poetry.
