In-Person Workshops

With over 15 years of professional performance experience, Nia Millán brings a unique approach to pole education—combining technical precision, creative expression, and the art of storytelling.

Nia has been invited to teach at pole camps, conventions, and specialty events across the United States and internationally; including Pole Expo in Las Vegas, sharing her expertise in performance quality, stage presence, character development, movement exploration, and advanced pole technique.

Her workshops are designed to help performers move beyond simply executing skills and begin creating memorable experiences. Through a combination of technique, artistry, and personal expression, Nia guides students in developing confidence, intention, and a stronger connection with their own unique performance style.

Nia’s favorite areas to teach include flexibility-based tricks and technique, spinning flow and spinning mechanics, story development, and creative expression. Her goal is to help artists expand both their physical vocabulary and their ability to create performances that feel authentic and memorable.

Available for pole camps, pole residencies, conventions, private intensives, and specialty workshops worldwide.
